I’m sure your all familiar with the ‘clean girl’ trend that’s been popular the last few years. That high expectation to always look cool, composed and like you’ve got it all together.

So many girls fall into that vortex of constantly making sure they look ‘good’ with a white t-shirt and matcha in hand.

Sometimes it can feel like everyone but you has it together. this is crushing. The real truth is none of us has it perfectly together.

I feel like the same thing can happen to christians. We feel pressured to ‘have it all together’,to have a perfect saintly life, to read the bible every morning in cozy armchairs and with a fancy matcha. But that’s not reality and you can feel like your failing.You can feel like If you don’t do Christianity “the right way” then your failing altogether.

That’s not true. There is no “right way” to love Jesus.

But what do we do about those crushing feelings?
